Official Letter of Appointment of New Co-Presidents

Dear Friends of FiCF,

Thank God that 26 years ago God moved three sisters, Cecilia Yau, Dora Lau and Lily Lee, to write and publish the book A Passion for Fullness. This book is like a seed that gave birth to Fullness in Christ Fellowship (FiCF), as well as a number of ministries and has blessed countless lives. Over the past twenty-some years, the three founders have never ceased to serve selflessly. They have vision, action, faith and strategy. No wonder many have been attracted to become part of this family and contributed their gifts and talents in various ministries.

Fullness in Christ Fellowship was formally established in 2001. For over 20 years, Cecilia and Lily have taken the role of the president respectively, while Dora has been leading and shepherding woman ministers who are the core group that FiCF serves. The impeccable teamwork among the three lays a solid foundation for FiCF. The wisdom and humility they display is something worth emulating.

A few years ago, FiCF coworkers and the Board of Directors began to think about ministry succession and felt that it was time to nurture a new generation of leaders so that the mission of FiCF could be passed on and carried on. Lily, FiCF President at the time, has always worked tirelessly for the kingdom and for FiCF. It is not an easy task for the board to find a new president to catch the baton. Thank God that after much prayer and patient waiting, the ideal candidates and team emerged.

With gratitude and excitement, we would like to announce that starting July 1, 2023, Vicky Chia and Linda Pan, two long-time co-workers of FiCF, will serve as co-presidents to lead FiCF to continue to move forward. The decision was unanimously agreed upon by the founders and the board. We pray that God will use the faithful service of all co-workers and the loving partnership of our supporters so that more people will experience fullness and abundance.

The FiCF Board of Directors would like to thank President Lily Lee and all the staff for their efforts in the past. Our heartfelt gratitude far exceeds what words can convey. We plan to hold an inauguration ceremony and dinner for the old and new presidents on November 11 this year. Further details will be announced. Please mark your calendar and reserve that date for this very special celebration.

Blessings,

International Women’s Day was established to commemorate the efforts devoted to the women’s rights movement, to show respect for women who contributed to society and to bring attention to the exploitation of women. The Fullness in Christ Fellowship shares the same mission. I have joined the Pleroma Missions in Cambodia for over ...
