The Journey of Us Author: Samon Mam– senior social worker and counselor of PHG 至2022年7月，我在丰荣女儿之家已经工作五年六个月了，这确实是一趟不简单的旅程。刚开始的时候，我并不懂得社工和辅导工作，只是非常渴望到基督教机构工作，帮助小孩子。最初我担任全职教师，后来接受社工训练，再晋升为高级社工。之后，我修读了临床和谘询心理学硕士学位的课程。 在这个过程中，我遇见了很多女孩，从她们口中听到很多故事——有开心的，也有悲伤的。每个人的故事都很独特，也有相似的旋律——她们都是性虐待的受害者。 加害这些女孩的，是她们认识、信任的人；是和她们同住，一同吃喝的人；是认识已久的人；是与她们父母把酒言欢，称她们为女儿的人；是承诺照顾、支持、爱她们如同己出的人。 被伤害的女孩被恐惧、痛苦、困惑和怀疑缠绕，不能再待在自己的家跟社区，她们无法面对发生的事，因为所需要承受、肩负、看到和听到的，实在太过沉重。 她们寻求帮助，打电话，联络不同的人和部门。经过冗长的对话，很多的讨论、各种问题跟安排后，她们终于来到女儿之家——一个她们只在电话裡听説过、离家很远的地方。 有些女孩从没到过首都金边，凭著仅有的一点点信心，跟著几天前才初次见面的陌生人，长途跋涉来到这裡，在女儿之家待上一至两年。在这裡，她们会感到安全、被爱、重拾盼望和经历医治；她们可以重新建立对人的信任，重新学习如何生活。一个光明、充实、有梦想的人生，正等待她们发掘。 经过多次辅导，被很多爱她们的人和团体包围，感受过爱的真谛之后，女孩们的伤口逐渐康复。她们可以透过口述、写作和画画讲出她们的经历。有些女孩可以原谅伤害自己的人；有些可以回到自己的社区与家人同住；有些结婚生子；有些继续追梦；有些继续和我们同行，而另一些则开始了另一趟旅程——一趟属于她们，需要自己去经历的旅程。 一路行来，丰荣女儿之家的旅程充满不同的挑战：甜蜜的、酸酸的，还有苦涩的。能与女孩们同行、同跑、同休息，是我们的福气。她们让我们这趟旅程变得很兴?，也很有意义。我们亲眼看见上帝的亮光临到我们，也透过我们照亮别人。我们看见上帝的恩典和怜悯与我们同在，我们见证了生命改变、灵魂得救。在前行的每一步，我们都看见信、望、爱。 和我们一起同行吧！一起经历有神同在的旅程！ 首頁 ｜ 姊妹事奉 ｜事工文匯 Facebook Email WhatsApp LinkedIn
